What a strange coincedence...
Are the admins actually still around? Or still busy elsewhere? A site needs Admin support to thrive I've noticed so we can try and pick things up but untill the Admins are able to return I doubt there'll be a full burst back into life.

Yup, absolutely right. TP was dead a while back, but then SD became an admin, and he managed to wake the site up a bit.

I'd suggest the first way of starting to send an E-mail to all the users. There might be a Newsletter system on your ACP depending on your forum host software but if not it'll mean saving all of the users e-mail addresses and adding them to one Contact list on Yahoo or something.
