Converting Gondorians
Introduction
Here you will find some pretty nice convertions that you can try to make by yourself. I hope that the gondor collectors will find this Guide useful.

Guards
First out is the Guards of the fountain court. I think that everyone that has a Gondor army wants to add shields on their guards, and so do I. Here's how you'll do it.
(If I say right arm then I don't mean the right arm from your view, but the right arm from the guards view. As if he was alive . Anyway)
If you want to make the Guard to the left, then don't glue as you use to. Instead glue the original "left hand" where the right hand should be. And the shield could be a numenorian shield or WoMT shield.
The guard in the middle has his left hand different. You can make these kind of convertions if you haven't glued his hand and spear where it's supposed to be.
The Guard to the right is really easy. You just need to add a shield on his right hand. But you should try to make his right hand out of sight so it seems like he's carrying a shield and not a spear and a shield in the same hand.

Ranger
If you want to make a ranger captain or just a different ranger then take aragorn and take away Andúril and replace it with an arm from Warrior of Númenor(I think Andúril is to cool for a ranger but you don't have to cut away his right arm if you don't want to). And then cut away an arm from a ranger of Gondor and of course cut away Aragorn's left arm, and replace it with the Ranger's (the ranger's arm should hold a bow).
That's it, you can sculpt a hood too if you want to.

Captain of the white city/fiefdom Captain
I took Cirion but you can take any other hero from Gondor, Boromir or Beregond...Just cut off his head, and replace it with a faramir head. Then he will have that special captain helmet. And don't forget to paint him slightly different than GW does.

The End
I hope that I gave you some inspiration. Good luck with your own conversions.
